RMA Request

Credit will be issued to your account for product returns provided your RMA request complies with Phaselock Systems’ Terms & Conditions.

Terms & Conditions include:

The request meets manufacturers' returns or warranty criterion.
A valid RMA number, obtained from Phaselock, is clearly visible on the address label.
The product is in a condition suitable for resale (excluding defective products). There should be no writing on the manufacturer's original box. If the product is not suitable to be shipped as is, it should be placed in a proper box for shipping. You will be responsible for any damages in shipping to Phaselock Systems.
The product is physically received at Phaselock within seven (7) calendar days of RMA number issue.
The product is still a current product at our Distributor.
Credit for all returns (Including Credit Card orders) will be applied straight to your Phaselock account.
Restocking fees may apply, depending on our Distributor’s policy.

Phaselock reserves the right to refuse shipment if returns do not meet Terms & Conditions.

RMAs which do not meet manufacturer’s returns and warranty policies will have to be looked at on an individual case basis, with no guarantees. A processing fee may apply.
